All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of appanvil GmbH and is protected by German and international copyright laws.

The App may offer in-app purchases, including subscriptions. All purchases are processed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
Subscriptions: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings.
Refunds: Refund policies are determined by the respective app stores. Please refer to your app store's refund policy for information about refunds.
If you submit content to the App, you grant appanvil GmbH a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content.
You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit and that such content does not violate any third-party rights.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. appanvil GmbH is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may terminate your use of the App by deleting it from your device.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany. Before initiating any legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at info@appanvil.net to attempt informal resolution.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and appanvil GmbH regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights and obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
